- Minimum: V = 6 × thickness
- Optimal: V = 8 × thickness
- Maximum: V = 12 × thickness

Material Adjustments:
- Mild Steel: Use 8× factor
- Stainless Steel: Use 10× factor
- Aluminum: Use 6× factor

The inside bend radius is approximately V ÷ 6 for air bending operations.
